Delicious Chocolate Dump Cakes
Mmm, the desserts! On the left is the dump cake I brought. Grease a 9x13 pan. Pour in one can of undrained, unsweetened pineapple. Over that layer a can of cherry pie filling. Over that pour a box of yellow cake mix. Cover all that with dots and dabs of room temperature butter. TWO STICKS. Yes, I said two. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Too good to believe. Best served once it's cooled down considerably. Serve with whipped cream for maximum delight :)
Roxann made a fruit pizza. All I know is that cookie dough, fresh fruit, and icing are involved. Oy!
Katie's bunny cake was a spice cake with vanilla icing. Mm.
Megan made a chocolate cake that had melted caramel inside, bits of Heath toffee, and some icing too. Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness!

Max's Dump Truck Cake
dump truck birthday cake for Max's second birthday. chocolate cake with vanilla mousse filling. cake "dirt", donut wheels. license plate on back said "Max 2".

Really just a big pile of chocolate and fruit!! Mud pie in the bottom layer and sachertorte for the top layer. melted dark chocolate poured over and dipped strawberries and blueberies dumped on top.

La Jolla was beautiful, but if it had been a dump it still would have been worth the visit for this chocolate raspberry cake.

This was supposed to be a Bundt cake with a baked-in filling, but the filling sunk under the cake batter. When I took the cake out of the pan, the filling was half stuck in the pan and half all over the top of the cake. So I cut the top of the cake off and dumped chocolate glaze over it anyway and it was still good.
